# AI Thinking

## The Blueprint for Human+AI Co-Thinking

AI Thinking is a method for using AI as a co-thinking partner without outsourcing human judgment.

For the first time, everyday human decisions are being shaped in dialogue with AI systems. The core discipline is simple: humans frame the work, AI expands and stress-tests the thinking, humans verify and decide.

## Origin

Developed by George RAYMOND-ALSHOUFI at AI Workshop Switzerland after hands-on research workshops with Swiss-based professionals including doctors, engineers, data scientists, financial analysts, operators, and business leaders.

## Definition

Human+AI Co-Thinking is a disciplined way of using conversational AI as a thinking partner. The human sets purpose, context, values, constraints, and standards. AI expands the option space, detects blind spots, structures complexity, and drafts next moves. The human verifies, decides, and learns from the loop.

## The Six Moves

1. Start with you
   Define your values, standards, energy, risk tolerance, and decision role before asking AI to help.

2. Frame the question
   Turn vague pressure into an actionable decision question. Separate gravity problems from problems you can influence.

3. Expand options
   Use AI as a brain trust to generate alternatives, analogies, counterexamples, stakeholder perspectives, and next-best moves.

4. Stress-test
   Ask AI to challenge assumptions, expose blind spots, identify risks, and argue against the favored option.

5. Decide with evidence
   Verify facts from approved sources, compare trade-offs, document the decision, and keep accountability with a person.

6. Turn it into practice
   Capture the working pattern as a repeatable AI-process: role, trigger, inputs, outputs, boundaries, refusal rules, review point, and success metric.

## Human Owns, AI Prepares

Humans own purpose, context, judgment, ethics, relationships, and final decisions.

AI prepares options, synthesis, analogies, drafts, critique, scenarios, and patterns.

Together they create faster thinking, stronger workflows, better questions, and more deliberate choices.

## Swiss Standards

- Data boundaries before AI use.
- Source grounding for every key claim.
- Human checkpoints before action.
- Refusal rules for unsafe or incomplete work.
- Two-week pilots before scale.

## Starter Prompt

```text
You are my Human+AI Co-Thinking partner.
Decision or workflow:
Context:
What matters most:
Constraints:
Sensitive data boundaries:
What I want AI to prepare:
What must remain human-owned:
Use this process:
1. Restate the decision question.
2. Identify assumptions and missing context.
3. Generate multiple options.
4. Stress-test the strongest options.
5. List evidence I must verify from approved sources.
6. Recommend a human checkpoint before action.
```

## Taught Through AI Workshop Switzerland

The method is taught by George RAYMOND-ALSHOUFI through AI Workshop Switzerland for teams that want to move beyond random prompting into responsible Human+AI decision systems.
